We’re looking for a Principal Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You’d be responsible for leading recruitment delivery of various technical roles with some of the countries most exciting software companies. To be successful, you must be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, constantly changing, collaborative workplace. You’ll also need incredibly strong communication skills and the ability to understand and evaluate complex technical skill sets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the candidate delivery pipeline for multiple concurrent technology roles
• Run the recruitment process from sourcing to close with high offer-to-interview ratios
• Build and maintain a network of high-value candidates through proactive engagement tactics, market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioural interviews for skill-sets in engineering, product management and product design
• Be fanatically committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Lead and refine recruitment techniques and processes across the organization
• Proactively develop and execute highly targeted recruitment plans
• Participate in the ideation and execution of company initiatives
• Negotiate offers, close details, teach and learn

You’ll Need:

• A track record of personal accountability, a strong work ethic, integrity and an insane attention to detail
• 4+ plus years of experience recruiting top-notch talent for high growth technology companies
• A demonstrated track record of excellence sourcing, engaging and placing world-class talent
• A proven ability to network and foster relationships with top-level Sr. technology professionals
• Technical knowledge – we don’t expect you to be able to code but you do need to understand a little something about the “fundamentals”
• A demonstrated passion for technology and innovation
