We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team and help us approach our growth from a marketing perspective. What we’re looking for is an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep curiosity about technology and a fearless determination to learn the ropes. In order to be successful, you’ll need incredibly strong communication skills and be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, constantly changing, collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities:

75% of the Role:

• Participate in the ideation and execution of company initiatives
• Owning multiple marketing and sales campaigns from end-to-end to drive inbound candidate flow (creation, pitch, execution, revision, etc.)
• Build B2C engagement at scale while still being personable and honest
• Generate internal performance reports and present insights to the team
• Build the Prospects Plus Brand
• Stay up to date with the latest technology to improve marketing initiatives

25% of the Role:

• Learning, studying, and practicing all components of our training with an insane focus
• Fearlessly execute candidate sourcing initiatives for our clients
• Help to manage and nurture our talent community
• Collaborate with team members to execute recruitment initiatives

You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• A track record of personal accountability, a strong work ethic and integrity with a meticulous attention to detail
• Strong ability to write engaging content
• A love of team collaboration and contributing to a positive company culture
• Courage to engage and interact with A players in the technology space
• Fearlessness and determination: we don’t care if you fail - learn from your mistakes and don’t give up
• A demonstrated passion for learning about technology and innovation
• The ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently
